THE TIMEOUT BASKETBALL CAMP is in it's 30th year and is directed by Jim Baker, former Head Basketball Coach at Catawba College. Coach Baker has 36 years of college coaching experience and has directed college basketball camps for 40 years. The Timeout Basketball Camp program consist of six camps:
The Timeout Future Stars Individual Basketball Camps for boys and girls ages 7 to 15. Full day.
The Timeout Lil Dribblers Beginner Basketball Camps for boys and girls ages 5 to 8. Half day.
The Timeout Team Basketball Camp for boys. Junior high to high school varsity teams.
The Timeout "Position Play Basketball Camps For Post and Guards" ages 13 to 18. One Day Camps
The Timeout Skills & Drills Basketball Camps" for boys and girls ages 8 to 15. Two hour session.
The Timeout Christmas Basketball Camps for boys and girls ages 5 to 15.
Since 1993, over 20,464 young people have attended the Timeout Camps and 1631 teams have attended the Timeout Team Camp. Eighteen campers have gone on to sign basketball scholarships with Coach Baker at Catawba including four with the 2006 recruiting class and two from the 2013 class.
